Guide to Searching the LIBERO Knowledge Base
All Release Notes from 2002 are included in the Knowledge Base.? Limit the search to the most recent Release Notes by completing the Limit by Year Completed to and from fields.
All Release Notes in a version can be retrieved in the one search set by using the Version Number search index.? This search index is the equivalent of the Call Number index so the full Version Number needs to be entered (e.g. V5.1.12 for all Release Notes in Beta Version 5.1.12), or add an asterisk * at the end of the term (e.g. V5.1* for all Release Notes from V5.1.01 to the latest V5.1.xx).
Screen Numbers use the standard Author index so that they are hyperlinked in the full Record Display, i.e. from one record that has a screen number of #L16, you can click on the hyperlinked #L16 on the Catalogue Display page and view all other records/release notes for #L16 (Issues screen).? The Menu Option itself (e.g. Issues, Member Maintenance) uses the standard Series index for the same reason.
The Topic index uses the standard Title index.? This is normally the first line of the Release Notes, i.e. a summary of what the Release Note is about.
Phrase Searching is applicable to the Topics, Screen Number, Menu Option and Subject search indexes.
